Can overspray on ducks be removed after it has dried?

Unless it is a cadmium red-based color. I haven't had as much luck getting those off. Try a Q-tip with acetone. Change to a fresh one frequently. That should do it.

Lacquer Thinner and dont be shy, wont harm feathers, if you get some one eyes be sure to clean them with a q tip and windex because it will leave a film.
