Pheasant shoulder mount form

I want to shoulder mount a cock pheasant but cannot find the shoulder mount forms in any of my catalogs.Does anyone know who sells these forms? Thanks.

you can just buy a pheasant body, cut off what you need

and epoxy a back plate [1/4" plywood] on the back or wrap one. Although I'm sure I've seen them for sale in catologs I'm not certain which one
