My Blue goose is a couple years old, could that be why half of the head feathers are sticking foward, i cant seem to get them to lay back. Any suggestions?

......sounds to be a victom of an inproperly fleshed out bird Ed!
Whats happened is that the remaining membrane that was remaining on the skin has dried and shrunk, grabbing the quills and lifting the feathers on the head, pulling them forward and maybe putting a bit of a twist to them. In my opinion, poor fleshing is to blame!
