how to get resin off?

I just poured my base with artificial water and some got on the birds feathers! Whats the best way to get it off? Thanks in advance.

Acetone on a cloth should do it.

Before you apply that acetone, lift the problem feathers and pad under them with some absorbent material to prevent the acetone thinned material from soaking more feathers. Next time use a long necked polyethelene funnel (the kind sold at marine supply stores)to deliver the goods and prevent accidentals.

Has worked fine on getting resign off bird feathers. Even if some of the other feathers get soaked, it will evaporate or you can use a hair dryer set on low and it will dry the feather off when you get the resign off.
