How long can a turkey stay in the freezer, non-skinned, while still being edible? Thanks for your help!

Was it eviscerated first? How long was it left unrefrigerated before it was frozen? A great rule of thumb to use on ALL birds is to decide when you kill it if you're going to eat it or mount it and you can't have it both ways. If you plan on eating it, pluck it or skin it, gut it, soak the meat in saltwater for a few hours and then freeze it. If you're going to mount it, you can eviscerate it if you know what you're doing or you can put it in a bag and put it in the freezer. Once you take that step, the turkeys you plan to eat come from the Acme.
