I talked to someone at Epo-Grip the other day about using thin set injectable on bird feet. He was every nice and helpful. He told he that you can inject it through a 18 ga. needle. that people were heating it up before injecting the foot but i forgot to ask him how to heat it up. Has anybody done this and how would you heat it up? I thought about setting the bottles in hot water before using it or would that ruin whats left in the bottles? or should should i heat a syrenge full at a time? But would it kick to quick to get the foot injected? Im going to try and use a 20 ga. needle is that to large for a gadwall foot his toes look awful small and a little freezer burnt? thanks!

That's exactly how you do it and it WON'T ruin the product for later use. You can use a microwave, but many times this heats them up too hot and can cause problems during usage, i.e. MUCH faster curing when mixed if both have been heated too hot. Stick with the warm/hot water method.
