Defatting ducks

I'm new to taxidermy and I am looking for various ways to defat waterfowl. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There's various ways as the little orange button

would have advised you but I've found nothing to beat the old wire wheel. They even make one called a "bird flesher" or somehting and that works great too...same principle as the wire wheel on a bench grinder. Try different "stiffnesses" until you find what works for you
