are bufflehead ducks rare?

yep bufflehead "sucks" are rare around my house. but bufflehead ducks aren't. sorry couldn't resist

All I know about bufflehead sucks are they are illegal in most states.

No there not rare, your stupid no offense. can you guys just be nice and answer the poor person! geeze! they are a migrating bird, and they are a very late migrator, so people in MN and North dakota dont get to take such a prize bird all to oftan.
