I was wandering if anyone out there can tell me what the color is to paint a beak on a Ruffed Grouse. I checked the archives and could not find anything on it.. Thanks

The bill would be mostly brown. Some have lighter areas of gray or white at the base of the lower mandible. Look at your specimen. They don't change much till after you take the head out.
