Could someone suggest a good hide paste for my hooded merganser. The kit that I ordered did not come with any and the instructions dont even say to paste the hide to the mannikin! I need help!~

The cheap stuff, not silicone. Most kits will not have any type of hide past, reason is thats an advanced method.
WHat kind and where can I find this, I would like to order something off of WASCO. Do they have this?
like John said its just cheap acrylic caulk the white stuff.
All of a sudden we're gluing EVERYTHING. Why would you GLUE a duck to a mannikin? The reason the kit came without it is most of us don't USE it.

Yep, times change, most taxidermist dont. I remmember the time not so long ago that Cally Morris did not caulk turkey either. How about when you changed to Epo-Grip.
I use caulk also. This method is used a great deal by Frank Newmeyer.

His videos are even better. ( from WASCO) Is this correct George?

I know a national and WTC champion with waterfowl and he has never and will never use the stuff.
