What lifetone laquers are mixed to get the blueish gray on a pintail drake. I'm using an airbrush.

One way that works.....

This is just my way that works well for me. Give it a try.

1. Spay the entire bill with Pale Blue
2. Spray all of the black that is needed
3. Then I use Paynes Gray and get about 18 inches way from the bill and mist it on the whole bill and you will start the see the brite Pale Blue get toned down. Just keep misting the Paynes Gray until you get the look you want. Works very well for me. Don't use the black because it will not give the accent that you want. The Paynes Grey has a blue hue to it on its own. This is what helps to accent the Pale Blue base. I think that you will like it. Good luck
