have been sewing up holes before i mount my turkeys.. but the skin seams to be a bit dry .. was thinking of doing it before i wash & degrese. was thinking of puting a drop of superglule on it to help hold it all together .but will it tear & the mineral spirts eat the glue?

. . . it just isn't the way to do it ,probably won't hold anyway. Flesh degrease and wash. Then get to sewing. Mist your skin with a spray bottle filled with a borax and water mix to keep it from getting hard.
