can anyone give me ideas on how I can get feathers under a
gadwalls neck to stay in place. They seem to want to puff out
underneath the neck and on top of the head. Thanks

First, check your neck size, it may be to thick. Also, dont pull the neck down to tight, make sure you have good pics to go by.
ONCE I MOUNTED A DUCK AND I HAD THE NECK TWISTED AROUND ONE TURN. DIDNT NOTICE IT UNTIL IT STARTED DRYING AND THE FEATHER STARTED STICKING UP.
