Hi George,

You should be able to find most of the birds you listed by locating a copy of the current "Gazette," it's a game bird breeders publications with contact of local breeders.

The Harlequins and the Eiders should be there, however the price will be high, especially on the Harleys ($5000.00) The eiders less than a 1000.00.

You're best bet is to frequent this site, make friends, get to know some people and have those two birds gifted to you from people who shot them regularly during thier season. That is where all of mine have came from. You obviously cant buy these birds or do anything to insinuate that you have traded, bartered, yadda yadda yadda... (If you don't understand that statement contact your local DNR and they will clarify the rules on gifted birds for you)

Anyhow, good luck to you
JOn

I shot a few harliquins last fall, and will go out this fall i hope. I also get most scoter species, a few barrows and oldsquaws. Its more an issue of hunting in -20 days, but ill try. I dont mount every one I shoot, so if I get some extras, I would be happy to help you out. They would be free, and no trades. Ive had people help me, and dont mind returning the favor.
