Got my tax money back and just purchased The Soft Touch Duck Flesher. (I've been using a different brand at the shop I work at.)
Is there anything I should know about the break in period or can I start using it right away on birds? Anybody in the know or tips, would be appreaciated!

I would suggest that you run the wheel over a piece of 2 X 4 for awhile. This will get the ends of the wire wheel turned in the right direction. I also clipped off the straglers along the sides. I've been using mine hard for over 5 years and it gets better day after day.
