I'm lookin for an airbrush and compressor that I can use mainly to paint duck bills and feet. Any suggestions on what brand and model to buy?

Cd,
I have used a lot of different airbrushes. Badger, Vega, Paache, Iwata and Aztec. Out of those five, the Iwata takes the prize hands down. It does the best at atomizing the paint. There is amost no fog in the air after doing a project. You can shoot a line thinner than a .5 mechanical pencil and get wider from there. I have yet had it clog on me when shooting heavy pigment paints nor have I had any spatter problems. It is a little expensive, but it is well worth it. It also works well with low air pressure. I have a badger, constant run, compressor that puts out about 20 psi and that is more than enough.
The airbrush is only as good as the hands that it's in, so practice, practice and practice some more. The Iwata will be a great start for you.
Good luck,

I had the aztec 470 double action and it was the worst thing that you could use to paint anything. I now own the paache vl and it works great for me. The one promblem that I had with the aztec was that it would glog and I did not like that you could not clean it very easy
For what you plan to use it for this is hands down the best brush for your pupose.
