I skinned, and slung the fat off of 4 green wing teal yesterday and after using my wire wheel on them I figure I could perform brain surgery now. Damn those things were deligate!
I did salt them and placed them in the frig after I skined them and that seemed to help. I dont know if the salt or chilling them did any good but I kept telling myself it did.
Any suggestions on making it a bit easier and not so a touchy?

Don...I hate it but my head kills me every time I skin a bird....what's your cure?
Mount 2 or 3 snipe(s) before doing your teal....then the teal will feel like rawhide!
