how long can you use your tumbling mix before it should be changed i believe it depends on how many birds you do or is it just a good idea to change it periodicly i am using #1 and #4 corncob grit mix on waterfowl thanks for your help

I don't change it very often. Usually just add to it as needed. If you are doing many birds and it stays wet it may mildew. than you would need to change it.
