Flesh the skin of the head and neck on a wheel.
Attach the head after the body is inserted.
smooth the head neck union before gluing the skin.
set eyes in clay till you are more comfortable with cast heads
make sure the skin is not rolled under when you bring the skin over the head.
Use super glue gel or any cyanocrylate gel
get the skin in the right place around the bill.
Use Heads made by Tony Finazzo (commercial) LOL
