Can't seem to find what I'm looking for in the archieves. Just wondering if anyone has suggestions for a painting the inside of a ducks bill and upper throat. It happens to be a merganser but I'm assuming the color dosen't vay that much between species for the inside of the bill. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

The best way to get the right colors is to take some reference pictures in advance. If the bird is already mounted and you used the origoinal bill try to lighten the colors a bit. Sorry can't help on the colors
