It is my first time mounting phesants and I needed help with the head.
I skinned everything out good and took care of the hide with Borax. The head portion dried out too fast and I need help with what to use to soften the head so I can put in the eyes.

I keep a spray bottle nearby. It also helps to stick wet cotton in the head while you work on the rest of the bird
