I have a couple of snow/blue geese that I was going to start learning with..My question is, I harvested these geese on a Monday and there was no freezer for me to put them into until Thursday. It has been pretty cold outside except for the last day. I would think that they were pretty cold if not frozen for all of the days except the last..I have them in my freezer now and was wondering if they would still be ok to mount? I know you should get them in the freezer asap but this just was not possible where i was at..
thanks

as long as they never got warm you should be alright, the feather will hold alot of the cold in as long as it doesnt get to warm
Just a thought, although the skins will still be good, or should be, please don't try and consume the meat. I know you didn't mention anyting about consumption, but just thought I'd throw my 2cents in.
