Hey i was wondering if u can eat ibis? there are a bunch around and i thought about it but figured that since there are so many than nobody must like them. Any way if someone has a reciepe i will try it. thanks

LOL...the reason there are a bunch of them around is because the are ilegal to shoot! It's the same as shooting a great blue heron or something or a seagull. I think I'd stick to chicken if I were you.

Here it is a exotic species, turned loose on the habitat, but yet protected because they are endangered in the USA.
