Sorry it took so long to respond to your post about keeping records of your own game. Since you asked this I assume you are only doing your own work and nothing for anyone else. The reason I say that is in Wisconsin you need to be licensed if you are doing work for others unless you work under someone elses liscense,or just doing deer. If you had a license then you should have a copy of the rules and regulations. Anyway it's best to avoid a problem and keep your stuff in a seperate freezer. If you mix it with your customers then you are to document it just like a customers, right down to the 3 page invoice. The warden here allows me to put a # on it and keep it in a notebook but that's just my warden. In the book I have documentation just like it is a customers.
