Whistling Wings Reference

Someone in the archives was talking about Whistling Wings as a reference book. I found the book and ordered it (it's out of print, but you can find it). I looked through it last night and it has a lot of big color pictures of birds flying, landing and taking off. I think if was worth the dough as a reference book. I have Prairie Wings and I like it, but it's easier to see what's going on in the color pictures in Whistling Wings. One last thing, if you look for the book, make sure you get the one by Kilpatrick. There's an old one by Bovey that is black & white and doesn't have many pictures. I'm not involved with this book and trying to sell copies, but I just wanted to pass along that it's good for those looking for reference.
