I was wondering can I use somthing else than dp like
what would you use instead of dp
does knockblock's liqua tan for fish and birds work good
or is thier somthing better?
this would be my first attempt at a bird
also what do I use as a hide paste?

Get a book or a video. Ive used other stuff but its really not needed for birds. Keep it simple.
What is dp? Probably a stupid question.
DP is dry preservative, no matter how it's spelled......lol
There's nothing wrong with doing the DP method. It's all I have ever used for birds, and all I ever will. It's easy, fast, cheap, and it works! My suggestions: get a video, and don't do more work than you have to.
