I mounted a 12 # canada goose and am having trouble with the wings. The wings have to be completely extended with the back out from the wall. I've got wires in them but evidently not strong enough. Any help is welcomed...

Take wire and make 2 large "U" shapes out of them, sharpen the ends and stick then under the wings inserting them into the body. This will support then until they dry. Good luck.
