Crow?

I found a crow, and love the look of it. It's in fabulous shape, and I want to preserve it. I have it wrapped in plastic in my freezer. Is there anyone who can tell me the easiest way to taxiderm it? I have looked in my local libraries and not found any book newer than the 70's.

please help.

And this is why so many guys get upset. what you are basically thinking, is that in a few short words of information that are given you here, you will all of a sudden after a brief paragraph, be able to mount this bird! Forget it! It would take you weeks of practice if not months just to get it to look worty of being shown toanybody never mind the fact that you will goof up and destroy a dozen in the proces to get the one good one. That is why taxidermists charge for their work, it is a learned skill just like a teacher or any other profssiona;

not to mention

The fact that since you found this bird and did not shot it under a valid hunting license - it is a federally protected specie and you are breaking the law by having it in your posession without a permit.

If you found this crow dead laying on the ground then I would like to alert you to the possibity that it died from West Nile Virus. Hopefully this isn't the case here.
