I have my Turkey fan spread and pinned to a board. All I have done to it is remove all the meat that I could, (from the backside) What do I do now? Just leave it dry? Do I have to disassemble all the feathers and then clean each individual one? Or can I leave it all intact to dry? Have never done any of this before. Im just thinking there is something about poultry that will cause this to rot is something else isnt done. You can email me if ya like.

Wasn't on here yesterday, first visit to this site. I would appreciate the detailed info on this. The email is valid, don't understand why it would look invalid.
