Hello Everyone,
My question is can I go ahead and mount my turkey (flying) while I am waiting on the head to come back from being freeze dried or should I wait til the head comes bakc?

Too much interaction in the mounting process with the head attached for you to be in a hurry. Just wait.
Kim-Mounting the turkey first and attaching the head later is fine if you have the experience to pull it off. George makes a good point-there is some "interaction" and if you lack experience and skill, you are better off to wait and do them together. Good reference photos.......and the ability to interpret them correctly is the key to any good mount.
