My first snowgoose is a thawing

So I'm gonna be doing my first snow. Is there anything different I should be doing than on a Canadian or any duck? Any heads up or tips for me?

Also I hear a lot of talk about leg to leg incision. This would probably work best for this bird but I've never done that cut. The bird will be flying right. Is it still ok to do the cut from top of the brestbone down to the vent?

Does every little BB hole need to be sewn up on a snow?

I would assume that fleshing is the A#1 factor on these birds.
This is the most white bird I will ever have worked on, kinda worried about what will happen.

Please help me get my panties out of a bunch.

I cant believe no one even replied to your questions! I have done severeal snows this year.On the leg incision, it is not necessary if you are a good skinner and can get it skinned down to the hocks.A central incision down the breast is the best way.None of the birds I did were very greasy so only a little amount of fleshing had to be done, pay attention to the leg area around the hocks, it is usually greasy.Wash the bird in dawn and use Oxy dawn if you can.Do not tumble in sawdust, I only use a blowdryer after soaking as much up with a towel and isopropyl alcohol to displace the water.I can send you pics of my geese if you email me.
