Question about bird pelts.

This is sort of offtopic, but does anyone know where one might be able to find already-processed bird pelts/skins?

Skins

It depends on the use - various skin parts are available through fly tying shops - capes, side skins, hackle, necks and so forth. In some intances you can contact game farms who may provide "skins" as a service for a fee. If you are looking for one suitable for mounting, the challenge is greater and most likely cost prohibitive. I suspect the cheapest way to acquire "skins" is to purchase a bird, in the variety you are looking for, from a licensed dealer and skin them yourself. Good luck.
