David Luke duck mounting video?

I'm trying to find a copy of an instuctional video by David Luke. I've seen it on Ebay in the past, but was not able to get it. I tried to contact David directly, but did not have any success. Any advice?

[a supply company] Supply ompany sells a lot of Dave Luke videos, I don't know how up to date they are but you might give them a try.
