What do I use to flesh turkey besides an electric flesher?And once I'ts fleshed do I have to put anything on the skin if I don't mount It right away? And how long will It keep?

you can also use a wire brush but a wire wheel should work fine. you can just stick the turkey in the freezer till you are ready to mount. when you are ready to mount it wash it in water and dawn soap till water gets less dirty (wash 2-3 x's 5 min each wash or so) then put it in a tub of mineral spirits for 10min or so. damp dry with towel and put it in the bird tumbler till dry ~ 10 min, or use a hair dryer, but it will take a very long time with a hair dryer for a bird this size. and thats all. have at it.
you can also sprinkle some borax on the inside of the tukey if you like, i usually get it in the wings, legs and tail.
