I am waiting on hypodermic needles and won't be here until Saturday. Can I go ahead and mount the bird and inject Saturday or will the legs dry out too fast and get alot of shrinkage? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, travisd@ipa.net

yes you can go ahead and mount your bird, butkeep it in a cool area. needels can be bought at any drug store, or wal-mart pharmacy for that matter. but if you must wait on your needels turkey legs normaly won't dry out in that amount of time. hope this helps.
