Obviously the seller is not aware of restrictions on posession of a taxidermied Hawk. I noticed the seller is in England. Perhaps the regs are different there.
It sure would be tempting for a person to to purchase this cool bird.
If a person did... What kind of possible laws would they be breaking if they had it, and is there a loophole because they purchased it legally from another country?
I also found several other protected birds that were taxidermied just by typing keywords, then taxidermy, it is amazing what you can find!
