Freeze dried or Convential Taxidermy on a small bird

Which is the better method for taxidermy Freeze dried or convential method on a small bird such as a parakeet.

Does the freeze dried eventually breed bugs or deteriorates over time?

How do you know what method is better?

Conventional

Conventional taxidermy is better in most cases to freeze dried. Less material to attract bugs and shapes are usually better. But this is just my opinion.
