I just wanted to know what you would use to re-attach the skin to the skull if you skin the duck from the bill back. I've used super glue hot glue and was considering some others but so far they haven't turned out to well. Help!

Zap-a-Gap works well with artificial heads. If you're using the read head, I would think it would work, but not I'm sure. The trick with artificial heads is to spread some Zap-A-Gap on a piece of cardboard and use a T-pin to place very small amounts of glue around the edge of the bill. Also, make sure to scrape the paint off the areas where your glue will be going as the paint can be lifted off by the glue, thus causing your skin not to adhere well and pull away. Hope this helps!
I like to use 2 part epoxy on the real heads...be very careful when you put it on. I like to get the five minute stuff myself. Hope that helps.
