I had a pen raised mandarin duck listed on ebay and they have ended my auction as illegal migratory bird.Since when did a non-native pen raised bird become migratory? I put in the description that it is an ornamental pen raised waterfowl not native and legal to sell,I also have the paperwork.I sold one on ebay several months ago with no problem, whats the problem now?

I had a similar problem with Ebay a few months back with a Ringed teal..also non migratory...they simply do not know the laws and/or what birds are migratory...they cancelled my auction as well, in the mean time, I have seen hawks and other illegal items go to completion..
I've found it's best to show a copy of your federal permit even though it may no be applicable..In fact they told me when I inquired as to why my auction was cancelled that I should always show a pic of my "duck stamp"...idiots...I think they were referring to the permit...?

TJ, I saw that ringed teal on there and man was that a beautiful duck.You did a nice job on that one.Those must be hard to find specimens as I have never seen them advertised by breeders.
