I am looking for a good turkey instructional video that covers skinning through mounting and using the original head. I heard that Cally Morris has a good video but, I don't know where to get it. I want to use the original head and would like to do a gobbling or strutting turkey. This will be my first one and I want to learn how to use the real head before moving on to reproductions or freeze-dried. I have looked in the archives and the Cally Morris video cam up a lot but, they said that you could no longer get it. Any info. would be great.
Thanks, Brian

I tried to get, called His shop and a person at his shop said the WASCO sold it for a limited amount of time. There is no more.
Here is next best thing. Breakthrough Magazine did a 3 part series I think it was last year. The instructions are very detailed, and high usable.
My personal opinion is don't buy the Frank Neumer video. ITs very compilcated. One thing, he does go through that is good it the anatomy of the bird, and how all the feathers relate. But he cuts the bird up into many pieces and puts it back together. but he does on thing that does help tremendously. Paint the manakin black before your start. If there are small holes, or the sewing is not perfect, it will help hide your mistakes.
not worth much, but my two cents.

Joe Ferebee has a pretty good Turkey Video.I think McKenzie is the only one that has it.
Cally does not have a video showing mounting a turkey that I am aware of. I am still wishing though. He has a couple on painting freeze dried heads. He had a seris of excellant articles in Breakthrough magizine awhile back they are well worth the money to buy..
