I ordered bird eyes from Glen Browning and when they arrived some of them were wrong. Glen refuses to work with me by not returning calls and e-mails. So buyer beware.

....the Glen Browning I know. I called him one time just to talk bird eyes and he sent them to me at no charge the same day. Nicest guy in the world, but just very busy.
Glen is someone I trust and admire in this industry. Is it possible that your arent getting through to him, maybe from the states? I dont know your situation, but Glen is A-1.
Never had any problems dealing with Glen, very nice guy.
I know glen has been very busy the past couple months and his email off his website isn't working properly. He is trying to resolve that issue. keep up with the phonecalls, i'm sure you will get your problem solved. I just talked to Glen last week and he is always the utmost of help.

As for your problem...maybe it was like mine...I just spoke with him because I had emailed him and didn't get a reply for a few weeks. He checked with his web-host and apparently they had been storing his emails and he never got them....?! literally hundreds of emails, soem with huge orders for supplies....why? the web-host has yet to say, but I bet that if you didn't get a response, your emails were in cyber-space somewhere with mine and Glen's other 100+...as far as your calls, I also know that he was away for a couple weeks recently...if your emails went astray and then you called while he was away...you get no answer back...give Glen a break he is truly a great guy to deal with!
