What you're really looking for is trouble

First of all, crows are like ducks and cannot be sold. Secondly, WILD quail are game birds and many states are very restrictive about selling wild game birds as well. I'd suggest you spend sometimes with the Federal and State wildlife regulations before you advertise to the world you're looking to violate the law.

oh yeah, I remember you Mr. Roof, you're the guy that knows everything about anything and who feels its impossible to answer a question in a simple and tactful way. We're so ignorant and naive why do you even bother with us, aren't we beneath you? It's called tact and it goes a long way, especially when dealing with someone who may be new to these forums or taxidermy. You ought to try using it sometime. As for "looking to violate the law", a little harsh don't you think? Had I known it was illegal I wouldn't have asked- this forum is as much for education, no, more for education, than anything else, remember that. Oh, and the quail thing, well I was hoping that maybe someone from a state where it was legal would write me back. Now, I know you appreciate long-winded answers so that's what I tried to do here, hope you enjoyed it!

First, I'm NOT a Mr. Secondly, in an adjoining post, you advertise that you're an "award winning taxidermist". So if that's true, your claim of ignorance of the law pales quickly. I certainly don't know "everything", but when I acquired my Federal Migratory Bird License, I was also supplied with several booklets spelling out the Federal guidelines. A letter that was included stated that by accepting that license, I agreed that I'd read and understood all the provisions of those booklets. The issue of the crow has been on here a half dozen times in the last couple of months, so you've also not bothered to read the forums lately, but you feel comfortable coming here and asking. I don't look down my nose at anyone, but when there's a CHANCE that the desires of one uninformed individual MAY influence another to violate the law, then I'm going to speak out. If that disturbs someone's delicate sensitivities, tough.
