As clean as any other bird. If there is fat.. it needs to be removed.

(this isn't necessarily directed to you PLEASE HELP it is just a general statement)

Sometimes I really wonder if they come straight from the field, bird in hand with nothing better to do that day and say " I think I'm gonna mount a bird(or other unsuspecting dead animal)today. I bet I can find a good website that has "how to" information."

I know I'm gonna get my a$$ tore up on that one and someone out there is gonna call me big-headed... but sometimes you really just have to sit back and chuckle.

No Offense to the new guys (We all start somewhere)... but this is one of those hobbies where the book comes before the knife...

Don't get discouraged... I'm if I searched the archives.. I could find a question like this with my name plastered all over it....
