I was hoping some one could tell me how I can preserve & mount a turkey tail and a set of wings. I have them in a bag do I need to freeze them? I don't know. Please help.

Mount them now, It'll take you 5 minites (for the tail). Cut/scrap meat and fat off the tail end. Borax the area you worked on. Spread the tail fan and pin in place. The wings will take a little longer. They should be caped to the wrist, boraxed and pinned the way you like.
