O.M. Goose

I'm doing a O.M. goose for a kid, his first bird, what I need to knoe is what colars to paint the inside of the mouth, I throught the old head out before I desideed to do it O.M., thank for all the help

Basic Colors

I don't have reference with me, but if my memory serves me correctly:

1. Paint the entire mouth flesh tone.
2. Highlight with varying shades of flesh to achieve depth and detail
3. Fade the flesh into the black of the bill on the lamellae(sp)
4. Gloss the inside of the mouth, and satin coat the exterior

Might want to add a very thin wash of black to pick up detail in the tongue. Then, wipe it off, leaving the wash in the crevices.

I was a little bent out of shape with the elections and all. Now that they're over I'm not so spiteful. Please accept my apology and good luck on your open mouth goose mount. I have a friend with the some phonetical spelling problems, and he said it was a real bear in school! I am a Christian who sometimes forgets what it takes to be a "good Christian"
