I recently received for mounting an Egyptian Goose that was harvested in Africa. I need some reference materials /photos of this bird for mounting.
Can someone please direct me to a source of information?
Thank you....HAPPY HOLIDAYS

You bragging or complaining? Egyptian goose isn't a goose actually, it is a shelduck.
go to:
www.harteman.nl/omnibus/anseriformes/index2.html
Jan Harteman's Wildfowl of the World
If you don't like what's there: go to Google Search or your favorite Web Crawler and type in Alopochen aegyptiacus. That is the taxonomy assignment for the bird in question.
If you type in "Egyptian Goose" all you'll find are English web sites, or some Japanese showing off. By learning the specific name for each bird or animal you wish to locate, you will run across the language barriers and search sites world wide, regardless of language. All you need are photos anyway, right? Make sure your search engine is set to "Any Language" before you begin.
i will put a link on here later today with some great shots
