The instructions I have in the kit I bought are very vague... I had no problem skinning the duck out up untill this point. I have already cutt off the neck and am now looking at the natural skull. Now What?

In my view, the best thing to do is buy a instructional video on mounting the bird you are now working on - the tapes are available through most all of the suppliers listed on this site. There is also a huge amount of material on dealing with necks and heads by using the "search" button to the left of this message.
