Frozen Turkey

I have a turkey that someone gave me to just experiment with last year. I went ahead and skinned it out with thoughts of mounting the entire thing. Well, I don't think a strutting bird should be my first bird project so I'm considering mounting the breast with a head and the tail fanned out behind it. Do you think the skin will still be good after being frozen for a year?

it should be dandy, had them frozen, as well as other birds and mammals for many more years than that and mounted them up with no ill consequences. I do believe that once you thaw it, you're olfactory senses will let you know if it's any good!
