i found a seagull road kill and wonder if it's legal to mount? i live in florida.

Not only is it illegal to mount , its illegal to even pick it up , not only in Fla but anywhere in the USA . You cant even own a feather . It would have been easier for you to just call a taxidermist in your area so they could have told you to throw it out . Rick
