Im wondering if this manual has any paint schedules for painting artificial duck heads and feet? or is there a book out there that does? Thanks Jack F

Jack,
My Breakthrough Bird Manual is at the studio, and I'm not, but if memory serves me it covers a little bit about painting, but not too extensively.

If you want a comprehensive book on the subject, Joe Ferebee put a series of books together specifically covering the painting of artificial duck heads. It has great color pictures and step-by-step instructions and colors used. I believe the series has three books to it which covers just about all the waterfowl we as taxidermists mount.

You can probably order it from WASCO.
